Dresden Transport Museum
The Transport Museum at Neumarkt offers a fascinating journey through the history of transportation. Locomotives, classic automobiles, bicycles, motorcycles, airplanes, and ships illustrate how modern means of transport have influenced the world and daily life over the past 200 years. Visitors can participate interactively: they can ride a penny-farthing bicycle, climb into the cab of a steam locomotive, experiment with flying, and much more. Children have the opportunity to solve puzzles and play at special stations. On the Bobbycar course, they learn traffic rules and signs in a playful way.
